At Casper Ghassan, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, you have 7 days from the date your package arrives to file a return. You then have 7 days from the date you receive the shipping label to ship the package. 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached. Please contact us within the 7-day window with your order number and return details to start the process.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund or exchange promptly.
